A short, plain-language explanation of what happens to your information when you open Wil Blast. The short version: we keep it minimal, we do not track you, and we do not profile you.

01Introduction

Wil Blast is a free Android application published by AJBFitnessCode. The app is built around small, spontaneous prompts that gently interrupt your usual routine, and it is designed to work without building a profile of you. This document explains, in plain terms, what limited information the app handles, why it is handled, and the choices you have.

By installing or continuing to use Wil Blast, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of it, the simplest option is to stop using the app and uninstall it from your device.

We have deliberately written this policy to be short. That is not laziness — it reflects the fact that the app collects very little.

02Data Controller

For the purposes of applicable data protection law, the entity responsible for the processing described here (the “controller”) is:

03Information We Collect

We follow the principle of data minimisation: we process only the small amount of technical information that is genuinely needed to keep the app running and stable. In practice, this can include:

  • your device type and model;
  • the version of the operating system on your device;
  • the version of Wil Blast that is installed;
  • your language and regional settings, where they affect the display of the app;
  • anonymised diagnostic information such as crash reports and basic performance signals.

No tracking. Wil Blast does not use analytics tooling, advertising identifiers, or cross-app tracking technologies. We do not build behavioural profiles, and we do not follow your activity across apps or websites operated by other companies. There is no cross-context behavioural advertising in this app, and none is enabled by default.

No location data. The app does not access, collect, or store your precise location. Wil Blast does not request location permissions and does not infer your whereabouts from other signals.

No AI features. Wil Blast does not include AI-generated content or AI processing features, and we do not send your data to AI model providers.

We do not sell personal data. We do not rent it, and we do not trade it for advertising credit or anything else.

04How We Use Information

The limited information described above is used only for the following purposes:

  • to deliver, operate, and maintain the app so that it works on your device;
  • to respond when you write to us for support, and to follow up on your request;
  • to detect misuse, keep the service stable, and improve performance and reliability;
  • to meet legal duties and the requirements that apply to apps distributed on Android and through Google Play.

We do not use your information for profiling, for automated decision-making that affects you, or for advertising purposes.

05Sharing of Information

We do not share your information for marketing purposes, and we have not selected any third-party service providers to receive data in connection with Wil Blast. If, in the future, we engage a vendor to help operate or support the app, that vendor would be permitted to access information only to the extent necessary to carry out the task we assign, and would be bound by obligations not to disclose or reuse it for any other purpose.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so — for example in response to a valid court order, subpoena, or other lawful request — or where disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of AJBFitnessCode, our users, or the public.

Because we do not operate an account system that stores your identity, in most cases there is simply nothing identifiable for us to hand over.

06Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes explained in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Technical and diagnostic information is retained for a short, limited window that is sufficient to diagnose problems and confirm stability, after which it is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

When information is no longer needed, we remove it using reasonable technical means.

07Security

We apply administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards that are commercially reasonable and appropriate to the small amount of data involved, in order to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, alteration, loss, or misuse.

That said, no method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot promise absolute security, and you should keep that limit in mind when using any connected application.

08Children’s Privacy

Wil Blast is not intended for anyone under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children below that age. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that a child under 16 has provided personal data to us, please write to [email protected] and we will take steps to delete it.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 16, we will remove it as quickly as we reasonably can.

10Google Play Disclosure

Wil Blast is distributed through Google Play. Our data practices are designed to align with the Google Play Developer Program Policies and the Google Play User Data Policy, including the expectation that data collection, use, and sharing are disclosed transparently to users.

Consistent with those policies, we confirm that Wil Blast does not collect or share data for advertising or tracking purposes, does not use advertising identifiers, and does not request access to your location.

Google Play may independently process certain information in connection with your use of the store itself. That processing is governed by Google’s own privacy documentation, not by this policy.

11Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the app or in applicable law. When we do, we will publish the updated version on this page and adjust the effective date shown at the top.

We encourage you to revisit this page periodically so that you are aware of the current version. Continued use of Wil Blast after an update takes effect means you accept the revised policy.
